You don't need soccer experience to volunteer. It's a learn as you go, learn as much as you want. Just sit back and enjoy the ride with the kids."

"Volunteering as a youth referee has given the chance of mentoring these young players. It is also a great way, with little commitment, in earning Community Service hours needed at my school."
